Meet the Staff
Patti EstepBusiness Manager
Patti Estep is the firm’s Business Manager. Patti is responsible for the daily operation and administrative management of the firm, including financial management, human resources, case management, information technology, marketing, and space and facilities management. Patti joined the firm on 2006 as a Legal Assistant and eventually transitioned to Business Manager to meet the needs of the growing firm. Patti is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University where she received her degree in Industrial Management.
Rowena LynchDirector of Care Coordination
Rowena Lynch is the Director of Care Coordination for both the McMurray and McKeesport offices. She provides support and advocacy for our clients by working in conjunction with our attorneys and developing an individualized care plan including medical and cognitive monitoring, placement assistance and coordination of benefit services. Rowena has over 18 years of social services and eldercare. She received a BS in Nursing from Marquette University and she has a Masters degree from Duquesne University and was certified as a Social Minister and as a Pastoral Associate by the Diocese of Pittsburgh.
Renae BenedekLegal Assistant
Renae Benedek is a Legal Assistant for both the McMurray and McKeesport offices. She is responsible for assisting the attorneys with the Elder Law Planning, Estate Planning and the Estate Administration process. Renae is a graduate of Washington & Jefferson University where she received a B.S. in Accounting.
Michele TrischlerParalegal
Michele Trischler is a Paralegal for the McMurray office. Michele has over 25 years experience dealing with estate administration. Michelle maintains a paralegal certificate from Robert Morris University.
Marie IgnaskyLegal Secretary
Marie Ignasky is the Legal Secretary for the McMurray office. Marie joined the firm in 2010 with the opening of the McMurray office. She is responsible for making appointments, maintaining and coordinating schedules, providing legal administrative support to our attorneys and overseeing and managing office space and supplies. Marie is a graduate of Penn State University where she received her degree in Individual and Family Studies with an emphasis in Early Childhood Development.
Chelsea CalabroLaw Clerk
Chelsea Calabro is a Law Clerk in the McKeesport office. Chelsea assists the firm with document management and related support services of the firm. Chelsea is a recent graduate from Duquesne University with a degree in Psychology.
Kim KarlDirector of Case Management
Kim Karl is the Director of Case Management for the Senior Care Resources department. She oversees the work of our case managers and administers our guardianship, professional billing and notary services. Prior to joining the firm Kim worked as a Business Manager for Kane Regional Centers for over 20 years providing the firm with a wealth of information and relevant experience of the nursing home field.
Pam MattaCase Manager
Pam Matta is a Case Manager in the Senior Care Resources department. Pam is responsible for working with clients to gather information and process Medicaid applications.
Mike KrznaricCase Manager
Mike Krznaric is a Case Manager for Senior Care Resources department. Mike is responsible for working with clients to gather information and process Medicaid applications. Mike also assists clients with Veteran’s Benefits planning issues and applications.
Ron VenturellaCase Manager
Ron Venturella is a Case Manager for Senior Care Resources department. Ron is responsible for working with clients to gather information and process Medicaid applications.
