Jennifer Bittel Derby
Jennifer concentrates her practice in the areas of estate law, including estate administration and trust and estate planning, elder law, real estate, and corporate matters.
Jen received her undergraduate degree from the University of Pittsburgh, and her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida. During her law school career, Jen was a member of the Phi Alpha Delta law fraternity, and was the treasurer of the Family Law Society. Jen is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
Jen is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association, and the Westmoreland County Bar Association. In her local community, Jen serves on the Board of Trustees for the Jefferson Hills Public Library, and is a volunteer for the Walk to End Alzheimer’s with the local Alzheimer’s Association. Jen also speaks at seminars on issues related to estate planning including planning for digital assets for accountants and other legal professionals. Jen currently serves as the President of the Peters Township Undertaking Success Chapter of Business Network International.
Jen can be heard broadcasting for Pittsburgh Elder Law on 3WS 94.5 FM on Saturday mornings at 7:30 am and on KDKA NewsTalk 1020 AM on the third Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm.
