Jennifer concentrates her practice in the areas of Medicaid Planning and Eligibility, Veterans’ Benefits, Asset Protection Planning, Estate Administration and Probate, Trust and Estate Planning, including Special Needs Planning, and Business Planning for small business clients.
Jen received her undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Pittsburgh, and her law degree from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida.
Jen is admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. She is a member of both the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA) and Pennsylvania Association of Elder Law Attorneys (PAELA).
Jen is also a member of the Young Leadership Board for the Western Pennsylvania Parkinson’s Foundation, and regularly speaks to local Parkinson’s support groups regarding estate planning and elder law issues. She teaches courses at the Community College of Allegheny County on the topics of estate planning and planning for long term care. Jen can be heard broadcasting for Pittsburgh Elder Law on 3WS 94.5 FM on Saturday mornings at 7:30 am and on KDKA 1020 AM on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 7:00 pm.
Jen and her husband are avid runners and love to run the Pittsburgh-area races. Jen has been a member of the Western PA Parkinson’s Foundation Half Marathon charity team for the last two years in the Pittsburgh marathon.
